Rule 100
Can delegate authority
(1) The Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and delegate some of the powers it has received according to this regulation to be exercised by the police personnel or officers specified in the notice.
(2) The powers conferred on a police officer or officer by this regulation may be delegated to a police officer or officer under him to act under his general supervision.
